Never logged in to digi999 before, or running into trouble? Follow this quick guide for easy and secure access.
Visit digi999.best in the web browser on your computer or phone, or open the digi999 app on your iOS or Android device. Tap the "Log In" button at the top of any page to be taken to this page.
Type in the Malaysian phone number or email address you used when registering your digi999 account, then enter your password. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your phone number — this is the most common cause of login failures.
If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your digi999 account, you will receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS to your registered Malaysian mobile number. Enter the code within 5 minutes to complete the login process securely.
Once logged in, you'll be taken to your digi999 account dashboard. From there, you can jump straight into any game, make a deposit via DuitNow or Touch 'n Go, check your balance, claim promotions or contact customer support.
Helpful Tip: If you regularly log in from the same personal device, enable the "Remember Me" feature to speed up future logins. However, never enable this on a public computer, a shared office computer, or any device that isn't exclusively yours.
Digi999 employs multiple layers of security to ensure your account remains safe and protected at all times.
All data you submit during login — your phone number, email, and password — is encrypted with SSL 256-bit before it ever leaves your device. This is the same standard used by Maybank and CIMB for online banking.
Enable free 2FA on your digi999 account for an extra layer of protection. With 2FA, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP sent to your Malaysian phone number.
The digi999 system monitors every login attempt. If a login is detected from an unusual location or device, you'll receive an instant security notification to your registered email address or phone number.
After several consecutive failed login attempts, digi999 will temporarily lock your account as a security measure. This prevents brute-force attacks on your account. Contact our support team to safely unlock your account.
Your digi999 session will automatically time out after a set period of inactivity. This keeps your account protected if you forget to log out — especially important when accessing digi999 from a shared device.
Digi999 will never ask for your password or any sensitive information via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Any message claiming to be from digi999 and requesting your password is a phishing attempt. Only log in through digi999.best.
Logging in to your digi999 account is your way back to the online casino entertainment that hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players already call home. Whether you're picking up where you left off on an exciting slots session, checking the latest 4D lottery results, keeping tabs on a live EPL bet, or simply claiming your weekly bonus — it all starts with a secure login to your digi999 account.
Many Malaysian players ask about the difference between logging in with a phone number versus an email address. Both methods work equally well on digi999. If you prefer using your Malaysian phone number starting with +60, simply enter it without the country code — for example, "011-12345678". If you find it easier to remember your registered email address, you can use that as your account identifier instead. digi999 accepts both formats.
One of the most common issues digi999 players report to our support team is a forgotten password. It happens to everyone and is easy to fix. Use the "Forgot password?" option on the login form above, enter your registered phone number or email address, and you'll receive a reset link via SMS or email within minutes. If you don't receive the link within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or reach out to the digi999 support team via Live Chat for immediate assistance.
For players accessing digi999 on a mobile device — whether through the iOS or Android app or a mobile browser — the login experience is just as secure and straightforward as on desktop. The digi999 app also supports biometric login on devices with fingerprint or facial recognition, making the process faster and more secure than typing your password every time.
Digi999 strongly recommends that all Malaysian players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their accounts. It's a free, easy-to-activate extra layer of security. With 2FA, every time you log in from a new device or an unrecognised location, the digi999 system will send a six-digit verification code to your Malaysian phone number. This means that even if your password is compromised, no one can access your digi999 account without your phone.
The security of your digi999 account is a shared responsibility between us and you. On digi999's end, we use SSL 256-bit encryption, 24/7 activity monitoring, intrusion detection systems, and an automatic account lockout policy after repeated failed login attempts. On your end, the single most important thing you can do is use a strong, unique password for your digi999 account — never reuse a password from your email, social media, or online banking. Change your digi999 password at least once every 3 months.
If you have ever logged into digi999 on someone else's computer or a public Wi-Fi network, change your password immediately and review your account login history for any suspicious activity. Contact the digi999 support team at support@digi999.best if you suspect your account may have been accessed without authorisation. We respond to all security reports with the highest priority, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bahasa Melayu.
